Had a great experience with DesignFX

After using AI to brainstorm a few ideas myself, I sent my thinking to Natalie. She took the time to fully understand the business, my market and customer base. She also listened to my early ideas on the type of illustrated logo I was looking for.

What Natalie created exemplified the kind of image I was going for. She had really taken onboard everything I'd said but also had the creative confidence to offer alternatives to some of my more undefined ideas to produce something better than I had hoped for.

If you're looking for a logo that covers the basics then AI can often give you what you need. But if your brand really matters to you, and you're looking for something that reflects you and the image you want to present, then it really pays off to go with a creative designer.

As well as a great finished design, Natalie also made it a very rewarding process.

I had a great experience working with Natalie at Design FX. She was patient, creative and incredibly responsive throughout the whole process, especially while we refined multiple iterations of my business card design.

She really took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve with my brand and offered thoughtful suggestions while still respecting my vision. The final design looks sharp, professional and exactly how I wanted it. The print quality is excellent too, great weight and finish.

As a complete beginner in the word of business, I spend many weeks looking through websites trying to decide if I should invest in a logo design. Nothing was simple to understand, no pricing guides to know if it was even something I could invest in then I found DesignFX and their website!

Their website was so easy to navigate and the information was clear and it gave me the push I needed to commit to a logo!

After making contact via the website Natalie was quick to get in touch and answered my questions quickly and everything was laid out from the start, what I could expect from her and what she needed from me to get the project going.

After receiving the first round of designs I knew I’d made the right decision, Natalie just seemed to get what I wanted! I could not recommend the services of DesignFX enough.

If you’re sitting on the fence wether to invest in the digital part of your business I don’t think you’d be disappointed with Natalie’s services!

Over the last week I have been working on a company logo with Natalie. She has been amazing through the process; the service she offered included unlimited revisions - something no other designer I spoke with offered. She responded to each of my emails promptly, and made adjustments quickly. If she felt a design may take a little longer to revise she let me know and gave a timescale of when to expect the concept back.
She took my initial design idea and revised it into 6 concepts, which we then adjusted and changed until we whittled it down to the final logo. Upon delivery of the logo she provided me with multiple copies in different formats, there was a clear explanation of what each file is ideally used for. I’ve ended up with a logo that I’m really happy with, and formats that I can use for everything (and more!) than I’d planned.
I cannot recommend Natalie’s service enough, it’s safe to say I’m very happy with the logo, and the overall service provided. Thanks again Natalie 😁

Natalie was fantastic to deal with. Our first round of designs were near on perfect straight away, However we asked for a few things to be changed.
