All you need to do to get started is select your custom logo design package, then fill out my design brief questionnaire online - the more information you can give me, the better! You’ll need to settle the invoice for the 50% deposit* (you can make payment via BACs or card). I’ll then send you an invoice and receipt for your accounting records.
* The 50% deposit does not apply to the £99 Budget Logo package; payment is due in full before work starts.
Once I fully understand your brand, it’s time to kick off some ideas. Depending on the package you have chosen, you’ll receive the preliminary concepts within 3 working days via email. From there, you can send me your feedback on the elements of the design that you do and don’t like.
One of the big things that sets me apart from other designers is that my fees include unlimited design revisions, so you’ll be 100% happy with the final product. You can request as many tweaks and changes as you like until your design looks perfect.
Once I’ve received your final 50% payment, I’ll send a whole bunch of files, including high quality vector files. You’ll then be able to use it across all of your web and print materials, whether it’s a teeny addition to a branded pen or blown up for a huge billboard. I will also include a logo style guide, which lists the fonts and colours used to create the concept.

Yes. Filling in my logo design brief is a vital step in the process. Everything will run much more smoothly if you can give me as much information as possible when you’re filling out the document. Tell me everything you can about your business, your ideas, and any requirements you have for your new concept. You can even share photos and documents, if you need to!

I’m very confident in the quality of my work, and it’s extremely unlikely that we won’t be able to take any of my concepts forward to the second stage of revisions. If something’s lacking, we will have a chat about what needs to be changed, and from there, I’ll make sure the new designs follow your feedback.

Yes. Once you’ve paid your final invoice, you will have complete ownership of the finalised logo. It will be your property, not mine – and you can do whatever you like with it.
Vector files are commonly used by professional designers and print shops. They can be resized, rescaled and recoloured to suit different design needs, without affecting their quality. When you use a vector file, your image won’t lose its sharpness or focus, even if you zoom right in or expand it right out.
Yes, I hold all my clients’ designs on my own servers. If you lose your work, let me know and I’ll forward everything on to you again at no extra cost.
You’ll receive your preliminary design concepts within 3 working days. I’ll share exact timeframes with you when you come onboard.
I will start work as soon as you send back your completed logo design brief and settle your 50% deposit. Please note the 50% deposit does not apply to the £99 Budget Logo package; payment is due in full before work starts.
No. This isn’t the 90s! Every logo will be completely customised to suit your business, resulting in something that’s 100% original.

I make an unlimited number of changes to all logo concepts as part of all the packages I offer. Once you’re totally happy with your new design, I will supply the approved files for your one chosen logo.
If you would like to finalise more than one design, it’s not a problem, but creating all the final files takes about an hour, so there will be a small admin fee of £50 per logo to cover the extra studio time.
I will supply a range of files to cover print and web use. You can expect to receive an EPS, JPG, TIF, PNG and a scalable vector file. You’ll also get a square version of your logo to use across your social media profiles.
Yep. It will contain all the fonts and colours I’ve used to create your design.
